It's a typical Starbucks. Sterile, impersonal but somewhat efficient service. Coffee is ok. Food is all prepackaged offsite. They use to have fresh pasta but now hey unpack from plastic. Why does starbucks in the US offer inferior food and beverage compared to international locations?

I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks. The coffee was served cold, and the service was unfriendly at the 373 Willis Ave, Roslyn Heights, NY 11577, USA location. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Starbucks needs a makeover. The furniture looks worn out, and the espresso shots were disappointingly bitter. It's in desperate need of some improvements.
