6 people working behind the counter, 14 customers on line...18 minutes to get one americano (and I was number 3 of 14). sloooooowwww service. these workers should learn that customer satisfaction comes first - cleaning and prepping can wait until after customers are served! yapping amongst yourselves and hugging friends is not part of the customer service industry. what a waste of 20 minutes - on a tuesday at 10am, when even on their website they state "not too busy" at that time.

Tip: place the order online and pick it up. My friend and I went on the line and ordered instead of doing a mobile order. Like any Starbucks, the line got long rather quickly all because one lady did not know what she wanted. However, they made the drinks quick and we were on our merry way.

It’s a Starbucks. Has the same good coffee and food as other Starbucks shops. Good off-street parking and friendly employees. Not as many tables as some other Starbucks. It’s mainly a “to go” store. Conveniently located near main roads.

Starbucks left me with mixed feelings. The pour-over was fantastic, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I'd return for the coffee but hope for better service.

I was less than impressed with Starbucks. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance at the 1596 Union Tpke, New Hyde Park, NY 11040, USA location didn't live up to the hype. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks. The coffee was served cold, and the service at the 1596 Union Tpke, New Hyde Park, NY 11040, USA location was lackluster at best. I won't be recommending it to friends.

The coffee at Starbucks was divine! I couldn't get enough of their pour-over brew. The staff was knowledgeable about their beans, and the 1596 Union Tpke, New Hyde Park, NY 11040, USA location had a relaxing ambiance.

Starbucks is the ultimate coffee destination in 1596 Union Tpke, New Hyde Park, NY 11040, USA. The perfectly frothed cappuccinos and welcoming staff create an inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back. It's my happy place.

The coffee at Starbucks was decent, but the staff at 1596 Union Tpke, New Hyde Park, NY 11040, USA could be more attentive. While I enjoyed the coffee itself, the service was lacking in terms of attentiveness. It's the small details that make a difference.
