It's cool outside so I stopped in to get a green tea heard it us good for colds,no like e walked right up to the counter and ordered it was quick.the sat in like a comfortable soft chair.

You're all certified??? Seriously what's going on with the starbucks industry? When asked for a specific drink and it comes out like a Tim Hortons employee made it I seriously question abilities. Goes to show competence, passion, and customer service/ hospitality are not what you're looking for.

Great place to visit with friends or to study for that exam coming up! My drinks have always been made to perfection! Great staff! Friendly and always willing to go out of their way for that perfect drink! There's a cute little fireplace to sit next to that makes the perfect place for those Christmas selfies! Great place for your kids family and/or friends! Highly recommend this starbucks!

I've never been overly impressed with this location. I've been half a dozen or so times. Service is so-so. Drinks are comparable to other Starbucks.

There are some pros. There is a small parking lot, which is nice. There is also outdoor seating. The store environment is acceptable, but I'm not a fan of the surrounding area, which is probably why I'm more likely to head over the Elmwood location, which happens to be a Starbucks Reserve Store.

This place must be one of the fastest. Whether I use their app or stand in line, it's always quick and everyone is pretty friendly. It can get a crazy in their parking lot being that it's tiny but I just park on Delaware to evade that. Don't forget to pay for parking because enforcement lurks!

It's Starbucks, you should know what to expect by now. This one has a little more local flavor to it than the hotel one on Main, for good and ill.

It took me a long time to visit Five Points' *new* location, just a stone's throw from its original spot. The building is beautiful. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing time on a recent Thursday night, so there was no cheese bread to be had. (It was being baked and would be ready the next day.) I picked up the last loaf of cinnamon raisin bread with walnuts and decided to gamble on something called apple cider bread. Best decision in recent memory. Check out this *new* (sorry) bread. It's incredible. Best bread in WNY. Why go anywhere else?

One of my local go to Starbucks. Good for small meetings. Bathroom requires an entrance code you can get from the barista.

Good. Happy helpful workers. Long line ups at lunch, make the order in the app and its always ready to pickup bypassing the line.
