The staff is great they clearly try their best every time and work very hard. But it looks like they aren't well taken care of by Starbucks. They often run out of drinks or ingredients, sometimes their machines are broken and it's difficult to get them repaired swiftly, sometimes they run out of cup sizes or lids. It feels like Starbucks has given this place a little more love.

Like the casual, lay back atmosphere. Terrific place to meet friends and others.

several times at this location the baristas have put regular milk into my drink after me asking, and them charging me, for non-dairy milk. I know it’s a busy location so I don’t mind the wait, but as someone who can’t consume dairy - I don’t realize the mix up in my drink until I’m in excruciating pain a half hour or so after drinking the drink. they need to take their orders more seriously because people can be really hurt by something as simple as a milk mix-up. at other locations I get the same drink and never have this problem

Really disappointed. Went here for the first time. drove 15 minutes because there isn’t a Starbucks around where I live. I did a mobile order so I was expecting to pick it right up. Get there and it took the barista 5 minutes to tell me they hadn’t received green tea yet. So she offered I get refunded. !!??!! I was so annoyed!

Finally a Starbucks where I wasn't given a hard time for ordering decaffeinated coffee! The staff was friendly and fast. I gave 4 stars because the counter where the dairy and sugars are located was not clean and it wasn't that busy. Overall much better than other Starbucks locations.

It's your standard Starbucks. Maybe a bit bigger than usual. Nice staff

Fasy service but so fadt they rush and not let you order anything else or ask if there is anything else.

Drive thru is the worst literally took 20 mins and you're not able to back out in order to go somewhere else. Your trapped if someone pulls behind you with the way they have the lane set up.

Asked the employees for their snapchats and they said no even the fat one in the back who I'm pretty sure was in middle of dialysis but the bathroom has this soap that felt amazing as lube so I'll give it three stars

I found a hair in my caramel frap and then when i asked barista if she can redo my order she rolled her eyes.

The staff are always more engaged in their work than caring for the costumers.
Always a wait at thedrive thru

The place is really dirty and staff is rarely friendly. Drinks don't taste the same as other Starbucks half the time. Could fit plenty more seating inside.

After waiting 10+ minutes in the drive thru, I finally get my coffee and bite into my breakfast sandwich to taste cold egg. When I went in to notify staff, I didn't even get an "I'm Sorry." Very poor customer service.
