It's a Starbucks. You know what you're getting. The staff however is quite affable and funny. If you have an extra minute and make repeat visits they'll crack you up on days you needed it.

Easy walking distance from Strong Hospital. Long skinny layout means lots of two-tops if you can't find a seat ask to share nearly everyone in their is a professional.

Best Starbucks around, the staff changes more often then I'd like😄 but every new member of their team on long pond, is always so friendly and kind and so very fast. They train a lot of employees there, so it helps to be patient with them. They're very fast but they're not the Flash. It's not their fault you overslept or got tied up in traffic and are running late for work. Especially when you have the ability to order your drink and pay through the app and decide when it's to be ready, within reason of course.

Slow service today, not big issue, but several employees walked by me several times and didn't even acknowledge me or say be " right with you".

The latte I bought was ok, but when I opened the bag for my breakfast croissant the cheese was only on one side, and the sandwich was hard on one side like when you overheat a microwaved sandwich. The same thing happened the day before at the East Ridge location. For the price of these sandwiches I expect better from Starbucks.

Has a couple nice places to sit, but long and narrow. Has outside seating. Nice part of town, decent parking.

Convenient location with a clean and cozy feel. Staff was very friendly and they had decaf brewed which is hit or miss. Plenty of on street outdoor seating. Parking is tight but manageable. They have a banana stand! Amazing. Enjoyed my visit.

The staff was very friendly and everyone was moving quickly. My drink came out much quicker than I'm used to. Nice work, Mt.Hope!

Staff is helpful, but the pricing is a bit high. I recommend this place for great coffee!! ☕ 😀😀

Really impressed with the select. The employees are some of hardest workers I've seen in a Starbucks, real professionals. I had a drink and a sandwich. They came out quick and perfect.
