As Starbucks go this one meets expectations. It's in a strip mall on the edge of an enormous parking lot and every time I'm in there it's busy. The staff has always been quick and made the drinks well, just expect to stand in line for a couple minutes at least.

Came here Black Friday morning. Nice chill atmosphere, staff was smiling and friendly, despite having waves of intense activity. Store was clean, including restrooms. I was surprised that that don't carry protein boxes or salads, which was confirmed by staff. Downgraded a star for that, as I was looking for one and will have to go elsewhere. Otherwise, a nicely run Starbucks, worth the stop.

Customer service and asking questions about customer satisfaction need to be improved at this location order accuracy as well. Ordered my drink extra berries, didn't look like extra berries, I asked for extra berries again, they just pushed my drink towards, me I speak up again they finally fix it and have an attitude about it. Needs work

Small but nice inside with good staff. Only wish they had soft chairs and couches but hard with small space

I have been coming here for the past week for coffee before work yet everytime that I have asked for an extra shot of espresso there is never one in my coffee. I am not a sweet person so it definitely makes a difference. I have never had this problem before... definitely not coming back.

This location is quiet good. However, it needs a greater attention to cleaning (the floor & tables). The staff are courteous. On two occasions I couldn't get my espresso the I like it, HOT despite explicit instructions which included preheating the demitasse. I believe the espresso machine is kept at the ideal temperature.

Staff was friendly. Environment was clean. Coffee great (I requested decaf coffee and they did a pour-over so it was hot and fresh). Quality food (I had the sausage, egg, and cheese on a English muffin) and cooked perfectly. Bathroom was clean and plenty of space. The store was busy. Down side is limited seating selection if you plan on staying around. They were not playing music for the majority of the time I spent there which was disappointing. Shelves were well stocked. I also bought a pound of decaf whole beans to which the barista kindly offered to grind. Highly recommend this Starbucks!

DON'T GO HERE!!! Anthony(an employee there), completely lied right to my face, and gave me the run around while I was dealing with him. Trust me, there are so many better places to get coffee within a 5 mile radius of this place. Don't waste your time and money going here! You'll just end up having a bad experience dealing with something like this...

This used to be one of the best locations in town. Now, it's simply hit or miss. It seems as if most of the senior employees have left for greener pastures and the store is now run by inexperienced rookies. Not to say that the product is bad but rather that there is an appreciable drop in professionalism and quality of service, especially in the past 3 months or so. Be wary when the sun goes down and the crowd has thinned out. Then you will notice that no one is an any kind of rush to wait on you!!

They got some really rude employees. I was having a good day when I entered, placed my order and everything was fine. I was called to pickup my coffee like this "your name is hard to pronounce" without saying the name of the coffee, without looking at me, or even smiling! Well the cashier heard me pronounce my name and spelled it right! At least say the name of the coffee instead of telling me that my name is hard to pronounce!
