Excellent staff, really great people. The only problem is that some homeless folks sometimes come upstairs and sleep. I'm not sure how they can fix this, but I hope it changes.

My orders are correct and prepared quickly. I like being able to go in and get my order quickly. There's a seating area which looks cramped by the sheer number of people so I never sat there. Don't expect a buffer seat to between you and another. I also never used the bathroom here because it seems widely used by customers and non-customers. Further in, you will find the seating area upstairs and the bathrooms below it. I've seen homeless people standing near the bathrooms on a few occasions. If you're merely planning to order and leave, this is a great Starbucks in much needed location.

it always be busy. it is very nice they have restroom in such busy area, but the wait time pretty long sometime. if you are hurry to use restroom, dont come.

Daniel and his staff does a great job here. Excellent customer service. The con: no restroom which is pathetic.

Overall considering it's okay, For being one of Starbucks' busiest location you would think they would hire better shift supervisors and management.

Quick service, polite workers, fresh yummy foods and drinks (especially the green tea creme frappuccino).

However, it's always crowded and loud, and if you have to use the bathroom, there's a code to get into it. Not only that, but there's two bathrooms, and the code only works for ONE of them. The only bathroom that works is really dirty. There's toilet paper all over, and I saw vomit all around the floor where the toilet is. In the same area they have the bathrooms, they have tables you can eat at, but no chairs. I think they should add chairs to them, and maybe charger ports. It's the only part of this place that isn't all that crowded AT TIMES, so it should have at least the same benefits as being upstairs if you don't want to be in a room full of people, yelling, and littered floors.

It's difficult to rate this Starbucks fairly and I think the star reviews of it reflects that. Of all the Starbucks I've been to, it's this one that is the most consistent over time especially when it comes to the specialty and seasonal drinks even when it is overcrowded. You can see drink reviews when new frapps come out saying some flavors are too light at different locations but here, it is always well balanced and the baristas don't seem to skimp on the flavor syrups or toppings for you. Mint drink? You'll taste the mint when everyone else is complaining they can't elsewhere. Pumpkin? You'll get your pumpkin. The problem however is that this location is also smack dab in the middle of the dirtiest part of Main Street so you'll get people who don't care and dirty the place up. But somehow, it still remains mostly tolerable so I can't penalize it too much for other people being jerks.

My experience was horrible. They couldn't get my correct coffee order and when I went to complain to the staff, they told me to wait a sec and never returned back. The wrong coffee I got tasted good but, the service was horrible and their attitude was isn't friendly at all. I am not returning there again.

Great place to rest and relax in the crowded area. Service is not bad.

Usually there is a lot of people here and some of the counters don't offer a good attention.

Always chaotic. The food and drink is fine, but good management would make a lot of difference.
