Filthy store and even filthier bathrooms. Staff inattentive. I waited 5 minutes at the counter, got barely acknowledged, then ignored some more. Went to the first disgusting unisex bathroom ant tried to clean the toilet before using it, with tissue. When I tried to flush it I realized it wouldn’t. So I went into the next disgusting bathroom. Went back out to the counter and waited another 5 minutes, got tired of being ignored and left. Went to a Target Starbucks. That one was awesome. I will NEVER go back to this Starbucks.

Normally have no problem but I got a chi tea and it taste like water. Tried to call but won't answer.

Unless the place is empty you’re going to wait for your coffee. I’ve had about 2 good experiences here and the staff isn’t friendly most of the time. They just want you out of there ASAP.

Who is managing this place? It is 6:12AM and this place should have opened 12 minutes ago. I am sitting here at the drive-thru watching two ladies do everything they can to avoid looking my direction because they are not ready to service their customers. The worst part is that they will not approach the window to provide an update as to why it is taking them so long.

Furthermore, I am sitting here watching flies swarm around the establishment. Disgusting! I have also seen bugs in the food display.

I have watched this Starbucks take a serious turn for the worse. This place is very poorly managed (I would fire everyone in that place and start from scratch), it is dirty and disgusting, and whoever decided to change the furniture without consulting with his/her customers needs to resign. It is 6:30, I am still being avoided, I will spend my money somewhere else.

Oh, by the way, I am referring to the people who worked the shift on Sunday October 8, 2017 starting 6AM. FIX THIS STARBUCKS!

If I could give them less than one star I would. They never have decaf even at 11:00am. They usually will offer a "pour over" meaning one serving. Tonight though, I got attitude and refusal. The staff wasn't friendly at all. I saw bugs in the food display too. There are other options. Businesses that have Starbucks products but aren't Starbucks businesses nearby. They have friendly staff, have coffee and no bugs!

Food and drink are consistent, fresh and what you crave when coming to StarBucks. Place gets crowded, so order ahead.

In this starbucks you have a 50/50 chance of getting decent service and your order correct. Some of the staff are truly awesome, some are arrogant and nasty.

Awesome service. Gets your drink to you within 2-3 minutes. Super friendly staff

The staff is very professional and polite and the service was great. I just moved here from Oklahoma and this is my breakfast stop every morning on the way to work ;). I have to give a shout out to employee Josephine, she always polite and smiling. She makes you feel welcomed. She gets five stars from me.

The staff was polite and very friendly. The service was prompt. I was asked if I had helped in middle of being helped. That's great!

The cleanliness of store was impeccable. I ordered a coffee, which I enjoyed on one of the stores two comfy love seats tucked away in the corner. The dim lighting and calm atmosphere provides a great place to read, write, or just sit and people watch.

This Starbucks should be shut down. When I went to order my coffee I found the cashier serving customers coffee and food with a dirty cleaning bucket in front of her on the serving counter top. When I said something about it I was told that's what we do here. When I asked who was in charge I was directed right back to the girl who put the bucket on the counter in the first place ( from the floor no less). They refuse to give me her name and I left the store feeling as though Starbucks has jumped the shark and no longer has that something special that you just don't get a Dunkin Donuts. So I am going back D&D. Hopefully they don't have buckets that clean bathrooms, sit on floors and make thier way to the serving area.

Superb customer service, prompt, courteous and friendly. The service is outstanding while providing customers with an excellent cup of coffee. A must visit when in the Hudson Valley.

Usually a good staff, good atmosphere. One of the few that serves real food and wine/craft beers.

8 people the place, 4 people, myself included, were waiting 15+ minutes for our orders. 5 employees not doing their job efficiently, the place wasn't even busy.
