Same quality as Starbucks is known for. Efficient. Can get crowded. Very convenient for albany med and hotel guests.

Super disappointed. I recently just started getting into Starbucks. This was the first time I went to the one on new Scotland. I live in Albany so it's not that far of a drive but parking over there sucks. After waiting in a very long line (which I didn't mind at alll) I was greeted by a very friendly lady as cashier. She was definitely new but very sweet. After telling her my order I waited another 10 minutes. I had ordered a salted caramel mocha frap and when I got home I realized it was some strawberry thing. Costumer service was very nice.. just wish they would have got my order right. The cup did say scmf so idk how they got it wrong😞

Yes I wasn't Starbucks down across from Albany Memorial Hospital and yes I was sitting there for a good hour at least I was waiting to see somebody come in but apparently she had something else to do and didn't have the time to stop and say hello or even have a cup of coffee that we were supposed to have a long time ago but anyway I understood everything that was going on in her life we are now friends so you have a good evening and soon as I get my photos loaded up I will send everybody a photo if you notice the photo when you first got on the internet me and the person the woman alongside me that is my former wife she passed away on me after 40 years being married what is part of life we made it back got no matter what that will move on show each other would not wind up going crazy I couldn't do it right away I stayed in a recliner staring into midair my kids do not like what they're saying they said I change an awful lot but you got to understand I just lost my true love my best friend I met her on a Monday married her the following Saturday 40 years ago as of last Friday one week after anniversary she passed away and I sat in the house for almost a full year and just stared at the walls and talk to people on the tablet that was my life I still sleep with her picture alongside me every night she's at the end of my bed next to the TV and so is my daughter 35 years old people passed away she lets us a beautiful granddaughter that was three years old when she passed away she was born on my birthday June 22nd I never celebrated another birthday and now I would never ever celebrate another one 35 years old your friend Mike

Great service, but the AC is too cool and the music is a bit loud -though I reckon this is because the space is a bit small.

I was at the Starbucks right in front of Albany Medical Center with my daughter. The music was blasting so loud that a few costumers were complaining about it. My daughter had to study for a very important exam. (we had no internet connection at home, that's why we went to Starbucks.) I asked the manager if she could lower the volume at least a little. She just said that she couldn't. I know for a fact that that is not true. That was so rude and inconsiderate! I don't understand why she had to play the music so loud, and didn't care about the costumers! :-( We just had to leave. By the way, all the libraries close early on Saturdays, if they open at all.

Great coffee! Friendly staff. Conveniently located in the Hilton Garden Medical Center and across the street from the hospital.

Consistently understaffed. I feel the workers there might be able to do their job well, but this being one of the busiest stores in the Albany area, I can see why employees would get overwhelmed and unable to meet basic customer expectations. District management is to blame.

This Starbucks is right by Albany Medical College and Albany Medical Center. The baristas seem pleasant, if not a bit heckled. The place itself is looks really nice and seems like it would be a cool place to hang out.

They short you your money. I gave the lady a $10 and she gave me change for $5. I specifically took out a $10 bill for the purpose of going there, so I know what I gave her. This was 9am in the morning. Manager counted the drawer but the expression and body language on the cashier and manager made me feel like they did this regularly. Make sure you watch them carefully when exchanging money with them.
