This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. The employees would rather chat with each other than provide quality service.

One of the worst Starbucks. Always overcrowded and hot. Smells like spoiled milk. Service takes forever. I stopped going.

I had high hopes for Starbucks, but it fell short of expectations. The coffee was bitter, and the service was slow at the 1 Crossgates Mall Rd B231, Albany, NY 12203, USA location. I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Starbucks at 1 Crossgates Mall Rd B231, Albany, NY 12203, USA. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.

I can't get enough of Starbucks! The espresso shots are the real deal, and the barista's extensive knowledge is truly impressive. It's a coffee nerd's dream come true.

I'm all about that coffee life, and Starbucks in 1 Crossgates Mall Rd B231, Albany, NY 12203, USA did not disappoint. Ordered their pour-over coffee, and it was a game-changer. The place has a chill vibe, and the barista was super friendly.
