This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. The employees would rather chat with each other than provide quality service.

One of the worst Starbucks. Always overcrowded and hot. Smells like spoiled milk. Service takes forever. I stopped going.

So, I stumbled upon Starbucks in 1 Crossgates Mall Rd B231, Albany, NY 12203, USA, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
