One of the worst Starbucks. Always overcrowded and hot. Smells like spoiled milk. Service takes forever. I stopped going.

So, I ventured into Starbucks in 1 Crossgates Mall Rd B231, Albany, NY 12203, USA, and their cortado was the real deal. Smooth, creamy, and full of coffee goodness. The café had this modern, industrial vibe with exposed pipes and indie rock tunes playing. Definitely a spot for the cool coffee crowd.
