I must of come in on the cranky Monday following the long, Thanksgiving weekend! I greeted the entire staff, cheerfully. Not a one acknowledged me nor did any respond in kind. Ah... Oh well. I’ll chock it up and give them the benefit. Didn’t find anyone friendly today. Plus, my drink wasn’t correct.

Great location that I visited on a trip. While busy the staff is able to keep up and wait times inside and in the drive through are reasonably quick. The sitting area is comfortable.

A few times now I have had trouble making a decision on what to try and the barista has made the decision for me and I have been very happy both times. Nice when someone is willing to surprise you and have fun with a customer. Wonderful experience every time I go to this location

The barista made our drinks in a timely manner and they tasted great. Enjoyable and relaxing environment with a lot of nice decorating. I'd visit again for sure.

For a Starbucks it was kind of small and dingy inside. The seating was very limited and it seems that anymore than 10 people there at a time would overflow it. The staff was great though and provides wonderful service with a smile.

The iced coffee is TINY and they added sugar when I specifically asked for black. Oh well, still edible, though I certainly won't be back for iced coffee at any Starbucks location...

This place is great. Great food, great coffee , and super friendly staff. Its a amazing place that's why I give them 5 stars

This Starbucks has the worst service in Rochester. The drive thru is so slow and walking inside is even worse. I stood there for 10 minutes last week and they had forgotten to make my order. They don't do anything about it because people will keep coming and why fix something if people are still coming and spending money. I wish there were more mom and pop coffee roasters in town
