Chill atmosphere, great staff, just wish there had been music playing. It was a little eerie being so silent.

This is the worst Starbucks I've been to in Rochester. Service is slow, very, very slow and cashier had an attitude when I had asked how long it'll be until my drink was ready(mind you I waited for over 25 minutes just for a drink). I will never be coming back to this store. I've been to other stores and every store I've been to goes above and beyond compared to this one (in everything- from service to drinks). Disgusted with the treatment received from employees at this store. Will NOT be coming back to this store ever again.

The staff at this location is so smiley and friendly. I just love going here. The coffees great too!

I've had too many bad experiences here. One time the product was crappy. My frapp had chunks of ice in it and tasted like crap. A second time a ordered a large frapp and got a medium and it had mocha in it when I didn't order that drink. I recommend the one on ridgeway

If you're ever in 2110 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624, USA, don't miss Starbucks. Their mocha was a chocolatey explosion with the perfect caffeine balance. The café had an artsy, eclectic vibe with graffiti art on the walls and hip-hop beats in the air. A cool spot for coffee and culture.

My recent visit to Starbucks was a true delight. The coffee was exceptional, and the staff at the 2110 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624, USA location was attentive and friendly. It's now my go-to spot for a caffeine fix.
