Chill atmosphere, great staff, just wish there had been music playing. It was a little eerie being so silent.

This is the worst Starbucks I've been to in Rochester. Service is slow, very, very slow and cashier had an attitude when I had asked how long it'll be until my drink was ready(mind you I waited for over 25 minutes just for a drink). I will never be coming back to this store. I've been to other stores and every store I've been to goes above and beyond compared to this one (in everything- from service to drinks). Disgusted with the treatment received from employees at this store. Will NOT be coming back to this store ever again.

I've had too many bad experiences here. One time the product was crappy. My frapp had chunks of ice in it and tasted like crap. A second time a ordered a large frapp and got a medium and it had mocha in it when I didn't order that drink. I recommend the one on ridgeway

Starbucks stands out as the best coffee shop in 2110 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624, USA. Their perfectly frothed cappuccinos and welcoming staff create an inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back. It's my happy place.

Starbucks at 2110 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624, USA is a coffee shop that deserves recognition. The espresso I had was a perfect pick-me-up, with a robust flavor that awakened my senses. The café's cozy interior and friendly baristas create a welcoming environment. It's the kind of place where you can linger over a cup of coffee and simply enjoy the moment. I'll definitely be returning.
