Chill atmosphere, great staff, just wish there had been music playing. It was a little eerie being so silent.

This is the worst Starbucks I've been to in Rochester. Service is slow, very, very slow and cashier had an attitude when I had asked how long it'll be until my drink was ready(mind you I waited for over 25 minutes just for a drink). I will never be coming back to this store. I've been to other stores and every store I've been to goes above and beyond compared to this one (in everything- from service to drinks). Disgusted with the treatment received from employees at this store. Will NOT be coming back to this store ever again.

I love this Starbucks. It's really cozy and comfortable and the staff are super friendly.

The staff at this location is so smiley and friendly. I just love going here. The coffees great too!

I've had too many bad experiences here. One time the product was crappy. My frapp had chunks of ice in it and tasted like crap. A second time a ordered a large frapp and got a medium and it had mocha in it when I didn't order that drink. I recommend the one on ridgeway

I was expecting more from Starbucks. The iced latte was uninspiring, and the seating was uncomfortable. It's a forgettable spot in my book.

I stopped by Starbucks for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line had me reconsidering. The service was slow, and my latte was lukewarm. They need to work on their efficiency.
