Great service, know exactly what they are doing!
Great Starbucks. Friendly people. But location is terrible. I've almost been hit by Wal-Mart customers who don't know how stop signs work numerous times.
Customer service could use improvement! When I asked about a drink I was looking for they were rude and clearly not trying to help me get what I want. By the time I got to the car to give my Husband the drink as a surprise Birthday gift. We both come realize it was completely the wrong drink and tasted horrible!!! I would have gone in and complained however we had to get to work!
Great place with a nice staff, drinks are quick and always accurate
My visit to Starbucks was an adventure in taste. The macchiato was a perfect balance of espresso and milk, and the cozy corner by the window made it even more enjoyable. This place has my heart.
Unfortunately, my recent visit to Starbucks left me with a sour taste in my mouth. The coffee was served cold, and the lack of hospitality at the 3181 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624, USA location was disheartening. I won't be giving it a second chance.
The experience at Starbucks was unforgettable. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe was a revelation, and the tranquil setting made it even more special. I'll cherish the memory.
I stumbled upon Starbucks during a neighborhood walk, and it was a delightful find. The espresso was bold and invigorating, and the modern design created a chic atmosphere. I'll be back for sure.
Starbucks is a coffee shop that defies expectations. Tucked away in 3181 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624, USA, it's a little slice of coffee heaven that I'm glad I stumbled upon. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the rich aroma of freshly ground beans, and I knew I was in for a treat. I decided to try their specialty, a honey lavender latte. It was a revelation. The combination of floral notes from the lavender and the subtle sweetness of honey paired perfectly with the espresso. It was a flavor profile I had never experienced before, and I was pleasantly surprised. The interior of Starbucks is a blend of industrial chic and cozy comfort. Exposed pipes and metal accents give it an edgy feel, while plush leather couches invite you to sink in and stay awhile. It's the kind of place where you can lose track of time. But what truly sets Starbucks apart is its commitment to the community. They source their coffee beans locally, support local artists by displaying their artwork, and even host community events. It's a coffee shop that feels like a welcoming hub for the neighborhood. If you're looking for a coffee experience that goes beyond the ordinary, Starbucks is the place to be. It's a coffee shop with heart, where every cup is a work of art, and every visit feels like coming home.
