Great Starbucks. Friendly people. But location is terrible. I've almost been hit by Wal-Mart customers who don't know how stop signs work numerous times.

Customer service could use improvement! When I asked about a drink I was looking for they were rude and clearly not trying to help me get what I want. By the time I got to the car to give my Husband the drink as a surprise Birthday gift. We both come realize it was completely the wrong drink and tasted horrible!!! I would have gone in and complained however we had to get to work!

My visit to Starbucks was an adventure in taste. The macchiato was a perfect balance of espresso and milk, and the cozy corner by the window made it even more enjoyable. This place has my heart.

I visited Starbucks last week, and it was just okay. The coffee was decent, but the service was a bit slow. I hope they can improve their speed because I love their cozy atmosphere.

I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 3181 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624, USA location were rude and inattentive. I won't be returning anytime soon.

The coffee at Starbucks was decent, but the staff at 3181 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624, USA could be more attentive. While I enjoyed the coffee itself, the service was lacking in terms of attentiveness. It's the small details that make a difference.
