Great Starbucks. Friendly people. But location is terrible. I've almost been hit by Wal-Mart customers who don't know how stop signs work numerous times.

Customer service could use improvement! When I asked about a drink I was looking for they were rude and clearly not trying to help me get what I want. By the time I got to the car to give my Husband the drink as a surprise Birthday gift. We both come realize it was completely the wrong drink and tasted horrible!!! I would have gone in and complained however we had to get to work!

Starbucks at 3181 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624, USA is my coffee sanctuary. The ambiance is inviting, and the almond croissants are to die for. It's my happy place, and I find myself returning whenever I need a pick-me-up.

Unfortunately, my experience at Starbucks was far from satisfying. The coffee was lukewarm, and the disinterested staff at the 3181 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624, USA location left me wanting more. It's safe to say I won't be returning anytime soon.
