There is always a long line here. Generally not worth my time, but when I do get a drink my order is always correct/delicious.

This location is terrible. My coworkers and I have all had bad experiences nearly every time we go. Rude and miserable employees, ask for hot coffee, we get iced. Ask for bagels, they are forgotten. Ask for soymilk, we get nasty residue on the bottom. Loyal gold members are denied their benefits because the new manager has no idea what she's doing. These gold members have been going to Starbucks for YEARS and have spent THOUSANDS of dollars, just to be treated poorly?? Never going back. You've lost the business of 9 avid coffee drinkers

Starbucks at 7979 Pittsford Victor Rd, Victor, NY 14564, USA is overrated. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the prices were through the roof. I won't be going back anytime soon.
