Good place but usually crowded. Nice staff
Very nicely laid out Starbucks, that always seems busier than possible. Whenever I come in to this Starbucks to get a sweet treat, the line is almost out the door and the tables are almost always filled. Service works as fast as they can go, given the total onslaught of people ordering, so don't be surprised if your drink takes a bit of time to be made. Getting a seat in here is a struggle as many people seem to treat it as a lounge, sitting around with a token coffee cup packing textbooks and computers for working and studying. If you're going to order from here, do it with the intention of taking it to go, and I'd recommend using the order ahead
The baristas here do get major credit for correcting my order when it wasn't what I wanted. I accidentally ordered a cream frappuchino, and after it was made, they gladly remade it with a coffee base instead
I don't go to any Starbucks location often, but I decided to go to this one since it's close to my house. It turned out to be a very nice experience. I know the store can get crowded, but I went on a weeknight evening & the line was very short. The barista was awesome...we had a great conversation & she was quite helpful (as well as cute). She was speaking with a girl who she was training when I got to the register, but stopped right away to acknowledge me & assist. I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu, but finally figured out what to get, which was more than I'd anticipated. The variety, in my opinion, has always been a strength of this company, and this location has tons of different items to order. Yes, the prices are higher than other coffee places nearby, but I like the uniqueness of many of their products. There's metered street parking available right in front for those that want it. This probably isn't the typical Starbucks location, but I'm glad the business is here. I have nothing but good things to say.
They make your drinks quick. God amount of tables
Quick, friendly staff. Drinks are made exactly how I wanted and tastes great.
Nice atmosphere and staff
Not as clean as I would of liked
Drinks ok
Costumer service ok
Terrible customer service! Asked if they have decaf coffee and all they could say "no". No sorry, not "we can make it" (as other locations do). Zero CSR skills on Saturday morning. Go to Tous les Jours few doors down (2017 86th). Always amazing customer service.
Nice Starbucks but there is always a wait. The cashier and baristas are always nice to who they're helping but there is always someone so it's hard to grab their attention.
I agree with many other customers who frequent this Starbucks store that all the barristers, supervisors and the store manager are indeed wonderful and nice people giving lots of attention towards customers. In my 15 years visiting many different Starbucks locations, I can say this is one of the best store. Drinks and food can be about the same at every Starbucks but the level of service provided by these group of young people is indeed great, making this store so crowded and noisy during most of the day. Yes, the line is sometimes long but you can see them working so fast preparing my drinks and food.
If I can give my personal "stars" rating for this Starbucks store group of young barristers, supervisors and the store manager, I will certainly give them all the millions of stars* in this Universe.
Thank you for your patience with me and your attention preparing my drinks and food and not forgetting all the unseen backstage work and side work to make my time spent at your place a wonderful experience every time..

I come here on a daily basis and it has become unbearable to hold my tongue. They have some amazing workers here, but Mike, the shift supervisor seems incompetent. It's clear to see, he's unable to provide help for his team.
Example? I order my food prior to my arrival, and upon arrival, the store wouldn't even be open yet. He is not punctual or reliable, causing others to be late for work. And, he is forgetful of orders, numerous times! Overall, I rated this Starbucks 1 Star because MIKE is insufficient as a worker, let alone a shift supervisor.
-- My advice to you, Mike, is to stop smoking pot, so you can get up on time for work and to lead your team with a clear mind. Everyone, including your team would appreciate it. Thanks, bye.
