For some reason there are always cool cars and people at this Stewart's. It's the nicest one I know of to visit overall.

So, I ventured into Stewart'S Shop in 6331 US-209, Kerhonkson, NY 12446, USA, and their cortado was the real deal. Smooth, creamy, and full of coffee goodness. The café had this modern, industrial vibe with exposed pipes and indie rock tunes playing. Definitely a spot for the cool coffee crowd.
