Staff is very friendly. .. service is sometimes poor.. depends who is working..most times very good! .

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Stewart'S Shop left me underwhelmed. The coffee was lukewarm, and the ambiance felt sterile. It lacked the charm I look for in a coffee shop. I hope they work on improving the quality and warmth of their service.

Stewart'S Shop is a coffee lover's paradise! The latte art is a sight to behold, and the baristas at the 764 5th Ave, Troy, NY 12182, USA location are true coffee artists. I can't resist their caramel macchiato.
