I was expecting more from Sweet & Savory Cafe. The iced latte was uninspiring, and the seating was uncomfortable. It's a forgettable spot in my book.

Sweet & Savory Cafe at 821 Merrick Road, Baldwin, NY 11510 is a coffee enthusiast's paradise. The attention to detail in their coffee preparation is second to none, and it's evident in every sip. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe I tried had a bright and floral profile that was simply divine. The attention to detail in every step of the coffee-making process is impressive.

I'm not usually a coffee snob, but Sweet & Savory Cafe in 821 Merrick Road, Baldwin, NY 11510 impressed me. Their iced mocha was a chocolatey delight with a caffeine twist. The café had this indie vibe with alternative rock playing in the background. I'd totally come back for more.
