The staff is very helpful and the teas are high quality. It is always very expensive when I go there so I try to shop when they have deals and I use my Starbucks card for points.

The girls who work here are beautiful and great saleswomen! I absolutely adore my tea set, the cup, and the free blooming tea that came with it. $30 well spent. Hope to bump into you guys again one day!

The associate tried to sneak a $20 teamaker into my order because it "was part of the package I bought", when I didn't need nor want it. It wasn't actually part of the BOGO deal to begin with. Great tea otherwise.

I'm grateful to have a Teavana in my city. This one is in a pleasant location with many nearby cozy spots to enjoy a cup of tea. One of my favorites is at the nearby fountain in the main concourse. It's a great place to people-watch. This store location has some nice benefits. First off they always have fresh brewed tea samples and usually someone serving them to passersby. That's always a good way to experience a new taste sensation. In addition, they often brew in authentic cast-iron seasoned teapots which adds the best of flavor. Their tea bar is always fresh and well-stocked, whether I'm purchasing brewed or loose leaf Over the years I find the staff has always been uniformly courteous and helpful no matter who is on the floor or on the register, and no matter how busy they are, even on Black Friday. The staff is frequently an interesting cross mix of people, personalities, piercings, tattoos, hair colors and probably sexual orientations, which makes it an all the more interesting place to visit, especially for straight white males over 60 (props to Dana Carvey) and any of my other peeps.

Pricey but unique: 2 months ago purchased tea thermus and teas. Exterior paint is chipping and Interior mechanism is not remaining secured! Unfortunately, mngr informed not a normal issue, however, a strict policy about against guarantying this item... Why not???

I'd like to give a shoutout to the incredible staff at Teavana located at 7979 Pittsford Victor Rd #149b, Victor, NY 14564, USA. Not only did they craft a beautiful latte with intricate latte art, but their passion for coffee was contagious. It made my visit truly memorable.

I recently discovered Teavana during a weekend getaway, and it left a lasting impression. Located in 7979 Pittsford Victor Rd #149b, Victor, NY 14564, USA, this coffee shop offers more than just great brews. The pour-over coffee I enjoyed was meticulously prepared, and the flavor notes were a delight to explore. The café's modern décor and welcoming ambiance make it a standout among coffee spots.
