I absolutely love the different tea options and all the little trinkets and gadgets to make your tea steep quicker and taste amazing. I also enjoy how their staff are so helpful and give you great advice about how long to steep the teas and how the specific tea can be beneficial to your health or appeal to your senses.

They always have free delicious tea samples to try outside and the staff is always happen to recommend teas to you.

I expected better from Teavana. The coffee at 1259-A Niagara Falls Blvd #317, Amherst, NY 14226, USA was average, and the prices were on the higher side. I had heard rave reviews about Teavana, so my expectations were quite high when I visited. However, the coffee was only mediocre, and considering the prices, I was left feeling underwhelmed.
