Worst location ever customer service is horrible at best, if I were the regional manager if fire these employees and get new ones. I mean these guys acted like I was bothering them. I would recommend my friends to go to teavana in Jersey much better.

I had a terrible experience at Teavana. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 2655 Richmond Ave #1075, Staten Island, NY 10314, USA location were rude and inattentive. I won't be returning anytime soon.
