Great gifts and a super helpful staff. Lots of samples brewed to enjoy tastes of tea.

I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Teavana (Permanently Closed), but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.

Teavana (Permanently Closed) at 160 Walt Whitman Rd #1017, Huntington Station, NY 11746, USA has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded. The saving grace was the friendly staff who were quick to offer a replacement.
