Beware of shopping here. I bought a travel mug here in early December for a Christmas gift. Went back to the store the week before Christmas looking for another gift and noticed that the travel mugs were on sale. I bought 2 more, one for myself and one to replace the original full-priced one. I told the sales person that I planned to return the full-priced one after Christmas and her response was a shrug and "fine."

So last night I went back with the full-priced one (with the receipt) and was told that they would only refund the sale price, not the full price that I paid. When I objected, the salesperson said that that policy was stated on the receipt. After much arguing, she eventually agreed to refund the full price. I didn't check the receipt until later, but it doesn't say that they will only refund the sale price of an item if it's accompanied by the receipt, so she was wrong.

It was an extremely unpleasant experience. It's kind of a shame, because I like some of their tea, but I won't be going back there.

Rip off. Stay away. There are steerers trying to get you into the store with horribly sweet fruity infusions that are not teas (Tea all comes from one plant-everything else is an infusion). Then, they pounce on you inside with quality products at outrageous prices. If you actually buy something, they put it into a nice tin, then tack on $8 for it (as if I can't put it into a $3. Rubbermaid container). If you don't buy something, it would be advisable to record your visit as they might try to frame you for shoplifting or something. Stay away.

My visit to Teavana (Permanently Closed) left much to be desired. The coffee at 125 Westchester Ave #3820a, White Plains, NY 10601, USA was lukewarm, and the baristas were inattentive. I was hoping for a cozy coffee experience, but unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail left me wanting more.

I had a terrible experience at Teavana (Permanently Closed). The coffee was cold, and the staff at the 125 Westchester Ave #3820a, White Plains, NY 10601, USA location were rude and inattentive. I won't be giving it another chance.

I stumbled upon Teavana (Permanently Closed) while wandering around 125 Westchester Ave #3820a, White Plains, NY 10601, USA, and what a delightful discovery! The rustic charm of the interior paired with the rich aroma of freshly ground coffee beans was an instant mood lifter. The barista recommended their house blend, and it was a smooth, flavorful journey in a cup. The only downside was the slightly cramped seating, but with coffee this good, I'm willing to overlook it.,Teavana (Permanently Closed),125 Westchester Ave #3820a, White Plains, NY 10601, USA

My visit to Teavana (Permanently Closed) was an adventure in taste. The macchiato was a perfect balance of espresso and milk, and the cozy corner by the window made it even more enjoyable. This place has my heart.

Unfortunately, my experience at Teavana (Permanently Closed) was far from satisfying. The coffee had a bitter aftertaste, and the pastries tasted stale at the 125 Westchester Ave #3820a, White Plains, NY 10601, USA location. I'd recommend exploring other options.

Teavana (Permanently Closed) in 125 Westchester Ave #3820a, White Plains, NY 10601, USA is a true coffee lover's paradise. The latte art here is simply mesmerizing, and the baristas are artists in their own right. Their caramel macchiato is a must-try – it's like a work of art in a cup!

So, I swung by Teavana (Permanently Closed) in 125 Westchester Ave #3820a, White Plains, NY 10601, USA, and let's just say it was an adventure. The coffee was average at best, and the tables were wobblier than a Jenga tower on its last legs. Maybe bring your DIY toolkit next time?
