Great neighborhood cafe. It's one of my favorite spaces in the area. I've met incredible people here, studying or writing or just generally working on all sorts of things that draw them out to a little cafe bakery that serves coffee late and keeps seats open and doesn't have WiFi or outlets but you work around it because it's worth it. Get some of my best work done here.
A nice, cozy, rustic coffee shop and bakery. I usually come here whenever I want to just lose myself in a crowd of people. A great place to relax. The service is amazing and the pastries are even better! Although, it does get rather crowded so be wary if you elbow one or two people while trying to get to your seat.
After all these years, still has the old school feeling. Tasty hamantaschen and coffee that is not quite Gourmet but always tasty and can be ordered Hungarian Style with whipped cream and cinnamon, guilty pleasure :-)
I wish I could like this place but I'm always disappointed with their service. The staff is extremely rude. It's like it pains them to be hospitable.
Such a gem. I love their coffee and authentic pastries. Great place to meet friends.
I was excited to try The Hungarian Pastry Shop, but it left me disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt, and the barista seemed disinterested. I won't be returning anytime soon.
I can't stop raving about The Hungarian Pastry Shop! The iced latte was the perfect balance of coffee and creaminess, and the cozy seating area made it an ideal spot to work or relax. The friendly barista even remembered my name, adding a personal touch to my visit. This is my new go-to spot.
I had a less-than-stellar experience at The Hungarian Pastry Shop. The coffee was cold, and the staff at the 1030 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY 10025, USA location seemed disinterested. I won't be giving it another chance.
I hit up The Hungarian Pastry Shop in 1030 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY 10025, USA and tried their caramel latte. It was sweet like a summer romance, and the barista was like a coffee wizard. The only downside? The seats were as hard as my ex's heart. Bring a cushion if you plan to stay a while!
The Hungarian Pastry Shop at 1030 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY 10025, USA is a coffee lover's sanctuary. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Their signature flat white was a revelation, with a perfect balance of creamy milk and robust espresso. The café's rustic charm and friendly baristas create a welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for a leisurely coffee break or catching up with friends. It's a coffee spot that I'll be revisiting without a doubt.
