I dropped by The Icafe for a quick caffeine fix, but the long lines and slow service made it an exercise in patience. I expected better efficiency.
The Icafe at School of Information Studies, Syracuse, New York 11021 is a hidden gem! The moment I stepped in, I felt like I was in a quaint European café. The cappuccino was a work of art, with frothy milk and a perfectly balanced espresso shot. The barista even added a cute heart design on top. It was almost too pretty to drink. I had a terrible experience at The Icafe. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the School of Information Studies, Syracuse, New York 11021 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be giving it another chance.
