Great option to grab some much needed coffee while waiting for a table at the Phoenicia Diner (literally a few feet away). I went with the "Catskills Muddy Water" (cold brew, almond milk, maple sugar) it was on point. Split a crunchy smooth house made granola w/ yogurt too. Nothing but good stuff.

Had a chance to pop into The Lot At Phoenicia Diner at 5681 NY-28, Phoenicia, NY 12464, USA, and it was a solid experience. Ordered their flat white, and it was pretty darn good.
