I went in at 3:30 after I got out of work for a breakfast sandwich and they told me they could not make one because they stop serving them at 4pm it was 3:30 does that make any sense?

They never have the goodness! The hot chocolate could be better. Always full.

Great staff, tasty selection (the usual Timmy Ho's availability) usually a little wait at lunchtime but nothing drastic and outside of that there is often very little wait!

The service is good. They like to get you in and out as soon as possible. The only problem is sometimes it smells like someone took a dump on themselves. I would recommend that you order and go.

Would not come to this location!!! All tables were dirty, floors dirty, nats flying around the baked goods, and nats in bathrooms. Two young men looking as if doing a drug deal which employees saw and said nothing. I would have left a comment in the box but there wasn't any to write on. Got there last package of ketchup on 3pm on a Saturday and frys were lousy.

The Staff DOES try, and they ARE nice My orders have almost always been correct, and if they make a mistake, they are apologetic, and quick to fix the problem. This place is way too small and its gets way too busy and crowded; Wish they could open up a larger location in, oh, i dont know, Perhaps the Main Place Mall which has a TON of empty space just going to waste. The last 3 times I have been in there I have been asked for money from a Pan Handlers INSIDE the store.

Im a routine customer and theres only a few workers who do their job properly
When i called to complain that my french vanilla cappuccino was only hot water they had no manager on duty. Offered to make me a new one when i come back but didnt take my name or number.very unprofessional.makes the few good workers look bad.

Wonderful workers there but it can be very noisy because of the customers. A lot of them are very dramatic and loud when speaking.

Horrible horrible. They charge you for things they don't have , and just stare like they don't know what to do. I'm a faithful Tim Hortons costumer. The one on canalside perfection. This one just truly horrible.

I go there pretty frequently on a lunch break. I like that they have two separate lines. There are almost always two cashiers, and two people working behind them, so orders get served up quick.

This is the better Tim Hortons out of two I pass on my commute to and from work. Exceptional service, quality and fast. I've never missed my bus in this very busy location. This location would be five star if all of the panhandling and other illegal activities where gone. Hurray for BPD!

For this location it should be the showcase for good service. It's not. Way to slow, small, they mess up on your order, rude sometimes!
