They can’t toast a bagel or make coffee properly! Most Buffalo Tim Hortons sucks!

This is the Worst Tim Hortons on the Planet! Sad saying so seeing as I work at Buffalo General as a Physician. My order is Never Right and there is this Really Rude foul mouthed worker there Named Francesca. One evening as I was waiting in line for my beverage I could hear this Francesca lady conversing with her co worker about a previous patron, the words coming out of their mouth Dispicable. Selling story short I will be calling Corporate and finding out all info about this nasty Francesca and her co worker!

For as packed as they are, the service, coffee, and food are always good.

Very customer service friendly. Open 24 hours and offers somewhat fast service.

Getting scolded by a young man working the afternoon of 5-18-17 at around 2:30pm, was not appreciated as a regular customer.
My order was simple, (I thought) a double shot of espresso in a large plastic cup filled with ice.
I received a large paper cup with 2 shots of espresso and 5-6 ice cubes.
When I asked the young man to give me the cup I requested, he began raising his voice and stated he's not going to get into trouble for giving me a plastic cup. I paid for a plastic cup as this is what I ordered.
Not a big deal? It is the principle of the thing.
Not 1 of the employees wished to help correct the wrong order. Instead they had joined forces to eye roll and continue chatting amongst themselves.
I offered to pay more money to get another cup (the one I originally ordered) and they charged my 1.95 extra. Now 7.95 for this cup, the messed up order and a medium iced coffee.
Rude. Inefficient. Unable to hold a communicate with a customer. Those are the quality people they employ.

Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons, convenient while at Buffalo General Hospital for whatever reason.

Go to this Tim Hortons every morning not coming back ever the staff messing up my order every morning they are horse playing instead of working you guys really stink

Ridiculously slow. Made the coffee wrong. Asked to speak to a manager, she never came out of the back room to speak with me. Waited 15 min,she was on a personal call. Never came out. Sloppy service. Manager can't manage.
