Just spent $23 on breakfast sandwiches and brought them home, two minute ride home and all sandwiches were ice cold...none were toasted, they were out of plain bagels, my B.E.L.T. Sandwich literally tasted like vomit. Horrible Tim Hortons experience, not one of us four enjoyed. This was so bad, im sure we wont go back for a while. Almost tasted "tainted "!!!

The service was horrific! There were two servers. Five people were waited on, while I waited for my server to fuddle around. On top of this, he got our order wrong! We didn't notice, till we got in the car. We intended to sit down, but the ordering took so long, we didn't have time! I will say that, although wrong, the quality was good...

Order has never been wrong and coffee is great. If you like waiting in line for an hour this is the one to go to!

Their selections are so good I truly think they sprinkle a little crack in all of the products... just kidding! Drug free lifestyles over here...lol! But seriously everything taste amazing!!!

Great doughnuts and coffee, not too loud inside, when ever something is on sale its usually because it sucks (like $1 ice tea)

one star is the lowest i can give them.! they refused to sell me a bagel at 2 am said they don't serve food only beverages at that hour. yet every other Tim Horton's sells bagels at that time. nothing but issues when i go there

Ordered food inside while I was the only costumer there. After asking where my food was 10 minutes later, I was told it was given to someone else. 8 employees and 1 customer and they still can't do their jobs!

I had high hopes for Tim Hortons, but they fell short. The coffee was lackluster, and the pastries were stale. The overall experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning.

Tim Hortons at 890 Young Street, Tonawanda, NY 14212, USA never disappoints. The pour-over is exquisite, and the staff is always attentive. A true coffee lover's paradise.

Tim Hortons in 890 Young Street, Tonawanda, NY 14212, USA left a lot to be desired. The coffee tasted burnt, and the staff seemed disinterested. I won't be returning anytime soon.
