Customers are not too happy there they took away to senior discount now . That tim hortons is to cold inside you need to wear a winter jacket to enjoy a hot cup of coffee . In the summer you freeze inside and the winter time you bake inside
Fake Dunkin doughnuts
Have you ever thought to yourself, there is not enough Timmy's around here? Well here is another one.

Horrible service. Staff was playing and throwing cups around while I waited to even be greeted at the register. When asking questions about what they had, another staff member began whispering to the man at the register in front of me. Very immature. Messed up my order. Manager did nothing. Very disappointed.
Worst service ever! Will make a point of never visiting this store again! Young kids too busy playing around with no manager on duty, messed up my entire order & got mad when I said something...awful, awful, awful
Every time I came here and I ordered medium iced coffee. They gave me the wrong size few times. They need to pay attention on the size between small and medium cup. It got me little frustrated.
Tim Hortons left me with a bitter aftertaste. The cappuccino was too strong for my liking, and the pastry selection was limited. Not the coffee paradise I was hoping for.
I don't understand the hype around Tim Hortons. The coffee was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service was slow, and I felt like I was forgotten in the corner of the 3515 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224, USA location.
I had high hopes for Tim Hortons, nestled in the heart of 3515 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224, USA, but left feeling underwhelmed. The ambiance was promising, with local art on the walls and a live band setting up. However, the coffee, which should be the star of the show, was mediocre. The beans were over-roasted, and the brew lacked depth. I did enjoy the homemade biscotti served on the side, though.,Tim Hortons,3515 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224, USA
