Ordered an iced coffee for the 100th time this year and there is still NO ice in it. An iced coffee should contain ice and should also be cold, not just hot coffee poured over 3 ice cubes by lazy, rude workers. Also when I ask for a flavor shot the employees shouldn't role their eyes.

You will have a longgggg wait if you are getting coffee in the morning. There are two sides to this Tim Hortons. One is the hall outside of the library and the other is inside the library. Either way the service is great and you will remember these faces for the rest of your stay at Canisius

Usually good service and food although we have had experiences with them messing up our orders. Hours are good during school season, summer hours are mostly non existent.

Is the public allowed to come to that Tim Hortons and library? I did not know there was a Tim Hortons there.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Tim Hortons left me with a sour taste in my mouth. The coffee was served cold, and the lack of hospitality at the 2001 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14208, USA location was disheartening. I won't be giving it a second chance.
