Ordered an iced coffee for the 100th time this year and there is still NO ice in it. An iced coffee should contain ice and should also be cold, not just hot coffee poured over 3 ice cubes by lazy, rude workers. Also when I ask for a flavor shot the employees shouldn't role their eyes.

You will have a longgggg wait if you are getting coffee in the morning. There are two sides to this Tim Hortons. One is the hall outside of the library and the other is inside the library. Either way the service is great and you will remember these faces for the rest of your stay at Canisius

Usually good service and food although we have had experiences with them messing up our orders. Hours are good during school season, summer hours are mostly non existent.

Is the public allowed to come to that Tim Hortons and library? I did not know there was a Tim Hortons there.

Kudos to Tim Hortons for their excellent service at 2001 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14208, USA. The latte art was a masterpiece, and the barista's passion for coffee was evident.

I had a terrible experience at Tim Hortons. The coffee was lukewarm, and the staff seemed disinterested. I won't be back to the 2001 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14208, USA location anytime soon.

I was excited to try Tim Hortons, but it fell short of my expectations. The coffee lacked depth of flavor, and the prices were steep. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Tim Hortons has won my heart. The flat white is a masterpiece, and the serene garden seating makes it an ideal spot for quiet contemplation. I'll be a regular here.

Tim Hortons needs a makeover. The furniture looks worn out, and the espresso shots were disappointingly bitter. It's in desperate need of some improvements.
