I work in the mall so I go to this location almost daily. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Susan (who I believe is the manager) is always sweet, friendly, and fast. Even when there is a line on a busy day everyone here works hard to get customers in and out quickly with a friendly attitude.

Bad service. I use to commonly go here. But now I go once in a while. I ordered a pumpkin spice cappuccino today and they didn't even put pumpkin in it. My drink was straight up coffee with foam. Then when I went back in to have them fix it they were so rude about it. And the fact that they weren't even busy at all!

Manny is terrible. I walked to register he didn't even say anything and as I tried to order he was talking to someone else that came in. Literally did not speak to me in the entire process. Ridiculous customer service.

Terrible I went their yesterday I got one of the new smoothies I payed for it and I was in a rush and the guy never gave me my money back

Aaaa my favorite place to recharge and get my caffine fix. This place is consistent with the quality of other Tim hortins and i have always had good serive. I will caution that this place can get busy!

Girl behind the counter was extremely rude. Came in it around 5pm tonight. I've worked management at tim hortons and she definitely would have been fired at my store

Always busy, staff were flustered and a little rude , i calked it up to the idiot ahead of me who was complaining.

They're always quick to help and never gotten an order wrong yet.

Very rude. 30 mins before closing my, newly potty trained, daughter had to use the restroom i attempt to take her and the employee says the bathroom is closed i am cleaning it. I said i would wait because my daughter really had to go and she said um after i clean the bathroom the bathroom will b closed since it will be cleaned. I actually hoped that my daughter pissed in the middle of the floor because that is unnacceptable. I asked a different employee behind rhe register for a supervisors contact number she said she didnt have one i said im sure you do she said i could just look it up online and i said you could just give it to me and she said or u could look it up online i said u can give me a receipt with the number on it. She got a receipt and put it on the counter. This is the poorest excuse for customer service that ive ever seen.

Disappointment was the main feeling during my visit to Tim Hortons at 1 Walden Galleria, Cheektowaga, NY 14225, USA. The coffee was overpriced and underwhelming, and the ambiance felt more like a fast-food joint than a cozy coffee shop. They have potential, especially with the friendly staff, but they need to seriously rethink their coffee sourcing and pricing strategy.,Tim Hortons,1 Walden Galleria, Cheektowaga, NY 14225, USA
