I never write bad reviews. Ever. And it pains me to, but for the past four months, this Tim Hortons messes up my order every. single. time. They either forget something I ordered, or they think I ordered something extra I didn't, or they mess up the thing I had ordered. I'm not sure how. I speak very clearly and allow them time to write down what I'm saying.

For example, I ordered two farmers wraps and two coffees, and the woman only brought out one. She said she forgot to write down the second one and I would have to pay and wait another 5 mins. Today, a different woman thought I ordered three veggie wraps, one with sausage, when I ordered two.

I'm honestly not sure how they make these very simple mistakes, but the Derby Tim Hortons never makes this mistake. Everybody makes mistakes, but for this to happen every time is unacceptable.

Good food and coffee. Service can be slow and they aren't big on maintaining some of their equipment.

Great location, fast and efficient service, even when the lines are longer during the morning rush hour.

Tim Hortons outnumbers any other coffee chain in the area by at least a 10-to-1 ratio, but thankfully they know what they are doing.

2:30 thanksgiving pm ordered 2 sandwich packages. Worker that took our order replies I'm gonna let someone else take your money because I've got to go make your sandwiches.and have gloves on.I reply you've already been all over the computer with your gloves on and expect you to change them anyway. Our potato wedges were so hard couldn't eat so instead of offering to make more...they offer me a donut after she admittantly said she took them from the bottom hoping they'd be better. At this point I want to scream...if I wanted a donut I would've ordered one. My drink of choice with my meal plan was unsweetened iced tea with no lemon and guess what? I got sweet tea w/ lemon. Never have I ever had such an experience. Thank you tim Horton for ruining my thanksgiving.

Very busy at all time, but the drive thru is very fast. The girls at the window tend to almost throw your order and change.

Had to go while I was in town because my sister says it's the best ... good regular coffee ... I had a blueberry muffin, a chocolate doughnut hole and blueberry doughnut hole when I was there. Good service ... good food.

This is a great franchise. I work at an Angola facility from time to time and I'll order a dozen bagels to bring to the staff there. The servers here are fast and really courteous.

Ordered 2 Strawberry Vanilla donuts. When I bit into the first one, it had no strawberry filling. When I checked the second, it was the same way. The coffee I ordered was perfect.

Went there at 245 pm Saturday October 29th Thru Drivethru ordered bagel and hot chocolate,got to window there were 2 girls laughing and talking,opened window NO GREETING, took my credit card handed it back to me,NO EYE CONTACT,continued to associate with her cooworker opened the window practically threw my bagel in my hand and closed the door!!I said"Thankyou!" She turned around ignored me and continued her conversation with her female cooworker!I am a business owner and friendliness is most important!No Greeting!No ThankYou! No respect!Poor customer service!!
