Decent venue for a sandwich and cup of coffee. Clean with decent service.

It's a 50/50 chance of your order being right, but I continue to go everyday. However, tonight I went through the drive through, ordered 3 drinks and a 20 pack of ASSORTED tim bits.... 2 of 3 drinks were wrong and there may have been 12 timbits in the box, 90% of them were plain. I didn't notice until I got home and gave my kids the box. To top it off my coffee and my son's hot chocolate tasted like water. This is not the first time for that to happen. Such a waste of money. I'll be in tomorrow morning to talk to a manager.

They suck. Nice people my ***. Not like they were busy either... Far from being impressed, unless you like your drinks being practically thrown out the window. Recommend this location to nobody.

The one in Arcade is very clean and they don't mess up my order like the other one does.

Horrible experience. 4 out of the 3 of us had the wrong iteam. My grandma's order got switched with my mom's order. I ordered a chicken Tuscon sandwich and got a chicken bacon sandwich.
Very disappointing I returned to buffalo after being away for 3 yrs and I used to love Tim Hortons.

I have been here twice, and they are 0 for 2 on getting an order right, on top of being by far the slowest Timmy Ho's I've ever been to.

Update 7/2017:
The service and consistency of this location has greatly improved. Orders normally don't take more than a couple minutes now, and they almost always get everything right.

They're so hit and miss... sometimes, even with a long line, I'm through the drive thru pretty quickly in the mornings... other days with almost no line it seems to take forever. Quality is pretty consistent, though it seems a little expensive for what it is. If I have any chance of being late due to a delay and if they look busy, I just bypass it and end up getting something at Country Fair or Crosby's where I can run in, grab what I want, and pay pretty quickly... I have less and less patience for Tim Horton's.

Pretty terrible experience. We ordered a take twelve bucket of coffee & it literally took over 20 minutes. Apparently there is not a system in place to pour the coffee in the take out box & they didn't have a funnel. Unbelievable. Plus I asked for cream in my iced coffee & I didn't get it. Finally they forgot about the muffin I ordered.

This place has some of the best coffee on Earth! It's so good that about a thousand people flock here every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course with a huge fan base there will be times where one has to wait a little longer for their order especially around lunch. I once heard a guy say "my girlfriend is in the car she needs to get to a hospital it's am emergency, this line is taking forever!" No joke he really said that while ordering coffee. Those are the kinds of people that write unrealistic negative reviews. Unfortunately this site is more of a complaint box for the very small percent of people that were having a bad day and had a bad experience. If every customer wrote a review then this Tim Hortons would have 5 stars no doubt. I'm gonna go get some coffee now.

Absolutely horrible. The people are rude. You sit in the drive through for almost 20 minutes every time and almost never get what you ordered. They suck. I drive out of my way to go to a different Tim Hortons every time now.
