Good food kinds slow service

Every time I go to this location my order is wrong. I try not to swing by during busy times or when they are doing a shift change. Usually about 4 or 5 is best. Unfortunately this does not seem to help. My order has been wrong in one way or another every time. I wish I could say they were little things I could overlook. I order a sweet tea and there is no sugar, I order timbits and I don't get the right about (8 in my box or the wrong kind.) My Mac and Cheese is way too hot (obviously they turned the temp up on the water to cook the packages) I'm guessing they ran out and needed more quick. It's simple things but they are important things. Especially the Mac and Cheese it was way too hot to serve. It should be temped to just above 165' every time. I wonder how they are trained and how quality of service is for other customers. This is the main reason I don't like to go here often. I hope they train the staff better.

We just bought breakfast and coffee paired sandwish with hashbrpwns and the two things of hashbrowns r in panini bags n just crushed to tiny pieces and cold cant eat them! Very disappointed leaving out for a road trip today boo

Came in for a quick order, was met by the nastiest employee. The short one with the diamond tattoo behind her ear. I'm not sure what I did to her but she treated me like I ruined her day for asking if they had soup.

Food & coffee were great but service was slow.
Lineups are expected during morning coffee rush but it took longer than necessary to be served.

Not the best but not the worst. They say they take samsung pay but it never works. They are very quick and most of the time friendly.

Tim Horton in Orchard Park and Hamburg are so cold I dread going and staff says there is nothing they can fo about it. I am very dissatisfied with the temperature.

Really good sausage biscuits and coffee. Didn't like the donuts as well as Dunkin.

I've been to this location several times. Today was not a great experience however. I ordered 3- medium iced coffees,with 4x4...2 add vanilla.
Not so great,they were all.made wrong! How do you not get this easy order right??
So,came back to have them remade. I am now home,and there is still no vanilla in 2 of the coffees? I should be reimbursed for my wasted gas coming back the first time,and for them being made wrong!!!

Staff was young but they weren't rude and my food was not messed up and they were also quick.

My French Vanilla cappuccino tasted like flavor water...and was half full.. . if I wasn't so far away by time I was able to taste it I would have went back.
