Bathroom was disgusting, employee came out before I went in so there's no way they didn't know it needed attention

It's a well maintained Tim Hortens. It is rather small inside though. It has comfortable seating options though as well as a quick drive thru. This Tim Hortons is well managed and its employees are fast paced and friendly. I often come here to wait for a bus. It also has a television which normally is tuned into the local news.

I have never understood the hype behind this place. It's a more local alternative to Starbucks. It's cheaper than them, too, but coffee is coffee to me. Their sandwiches are pretty good. Everything is OK. Nothing is great or would make me leave the house just to come here.

I'm not personally a fan of this chain. Some of the sandwiches are good, buy overall it's very average or below. The coffee isn't great. I recommend dark roast if you are going to have some.

Service was awful. The girls were incompetent and had to ask our order multiple times. The girl with the red weave in her hair was hard to understand and it seemed like she was talking to other coworkers while taking our order. And then made us pull to the side to wait for our order of a sandwich and fries and a coffee. There was also another gentleman who they made pull to the side to get his food too.
I never write reviews but I had to after having such a negative experience. the employees didn't do their job right

Cashier ( older indian female) couldn't repeat what was ordered therefore messed up my order twice!

I come here everyday. Everyone is nice and are fast but the manager on shift around 3pm seems to always have an issue. He gives me the old sausage today was the second time he did that and the time before that he gave me the burnt of all burned bacon and when i ask for new food he says they are out. I no longer want to be served by him
