This is by far the worst location I've been to and unfortunately it's the closest one to me. My food has been wrong more times than not over many visits. It used to be fine but lately it has been terrible. I'm done I'll either go to a different location or skip it all together. Update I continued using this location they have gotten somewhat better jumped it up a few stars fair is fair.

Chili was delicious and hot and comforting on a cold day. The service was fast and efficient. My coffee was hot, fresh and made exactly the way I ordered it. Yummy!

this was the first Tim Hortons we'd ever been to. on a 12 day road trip and on an overnight stay in buffalo. Had coffee and bagels - staff were helpful and patient. Latte was best so far of fast food stop offs we've tried!

Had a string of bad visits but the location is so convenient on some mornings it's hard to avoid. The service has been much better lately. Thanks guys for arriving to be better.

It was a great experience. Coffee was excellent but raisin bagel was not to my liking. Overall, a great experience.

Efficiency and friendly staff. Clean. Coffee is almost always fresh and consistent.

Literally have never haf good service from this store their slow, have terrible order accuraccy and half the time theor card readers dont work and they give you a hard time for their equipmemt malfunctioning.

Service is usually good. Their Fast food sandwiches just don't impress me tho.Some things can't be copied for fast food. As good as the coffee is the food should be cooked and not sitting in a warmer from a freezer bag. Bagels and donuts are great. THE COFFEE??? Oh boy the best in Buffalo no matter which Tim's you go to. The place is very VERY small tho, even the drive thru itself is an inconvenience to traffic and pedestrians. Staff is friendly...

Staff very unconcerned with how they portray themselves to the public. Maintenance man arfuing with employee in front of house.. Come on people if you are gonna argue amongst one another take it off the floor.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I ordered an egg white and turkey susage breakfast sandwich. The woman taking my order made sure that they still had them before she took my order. Nearly 5 minutes later I am waiting for my sandwich when they tell me they no longer have the items needed to make my sandwich. Apparently another co-worker had thrown away the items needed to make the sandwhich in the meantime. They offered me a refund on the sandwhich. However, after the man was giving me my refund, the woman who first took my order comes back with the egg white and turkey sausage needed to make the sandwich. THEY HAD TAKEN THEM OUT OF THE TRASH! She wanted to make me a sandwhich with items that were thrown away.
