I had mixed feelings about Tim Hortons. While the coffee at 494 W Main St, Hancock, NY 13783, USA was decent, it didn't quite live up to the hype I'd heard. The service was efficient but lacked the warmth and friendliness I typically appreciate in a coffee shop. Perhaps I'll give it another shot someday.
