The employees were all so pleasant! Service was wonderful. I needed that today because I had a rough morning. Although everyone was great, Ms Tracey and her wonderful smile at the front helped my day get better!!

Young employees are snotty and rude. Thankfully, the older employees make up for the younger ones. Slow service. Terrible drive-thru design. Traffic always snarled in the mornings and if you park, it's brutal to get out with the drive-thru traffic sitting in the middle of the lot. There are Tim Horton's everywhere in WNY. Find another. I drive right past in the mornings now.

Employee was very nice. Food was terrible. Hash brown sticks were cold and hard. Sausage egg cheese croissant was not good. Sausage didn't taste right. Coffee was good. I expected more from what I heard about Tim Hortons, I was disappointed! :(

Nice clean atmosphere. Friendly staff. Someone actually came to our table and asked to throw the garbage out for us.

Some workers care. Location is good.
Store design stinks and parking is terrible.
