THEY LITERALLY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK. I think they’re a busier store so they should know to order more stuff. I went today and they were out off egg and cookies and ice Capp mix. I understand if you’re out for one day or even 2 but I try and give this Tim Horton’s slack a few times a week and they seriously are always out of something. Take yourself to a Tim Horton’s in Amherst. They always have everything.
The employees are not overly nice, not bad, but not nice either. I wanted peanut donuts, not unreasonable, was advised they stopped making them at this location over a year ago. C'mon? Peanut donuts don't sell?
Rude worker she likely doesn't like either her job or life in general. They are short on product, no peanut donuts? Employee stated they discontinued the donut last year, only at that location, that seems odd, kind of like saying that McDonald's doesn't sell egg McMuffin's at certain locations. Can't go back there again. Also, donuts are small.... I gave 3 stars.
Everyday they make my drink wrong. Annoying! I have to go back each time, even had a manager argue with me (Rita) until another customer just told her to remake my drink. Today’s experience the same, Rita took my order, read it back to me, cashed me out, and even handed me my drink, pull away and it tastes like chocolate. My order is pretty simple, everyday same thing, large ice Capp with vanilla and espresso. But for some reason they just can’t get it right. 🤬🤬🤬

The atmosphere at Tim Hortons is top-notch. The rustic decor and the aroma of freshly ground coffee beans create a welcoming vibe. Their cappuccino was a work of art, and I couldn't resist snapping a photo before indulging.
