Tim Hortons in 20 Erie Station Rd, Scottsville Travel Plaza, West Henrietta, NY 14586, USA is a coffee shop with character. The latte I had was so good, it should win an award! The place has a rustic feel, and the baristas are like coffee connoisseurs. Highly recommend it to fellow coffee lovers.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Tim Hortons left me with mixed feelings. The coffee was served cold, and the lack of hospitality at the 20 Erie Station Rd, Scottsville Travel Plaza, West Henrietta, NY 14586, USA location was disheartening. I won't be giving it another chance.

I stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick caffeine fix, but the line was long, and the service was lacking in efficiency. It's not the place for a hurried coffee stop.
