This is my second post about the bathroom in this facility not having any soap to wash your hands. I noticed someone commented that I should speak to the manager, so I did I believe her name was Leann or Liana and she seemed very defensive that I just asked why there was no soap in the bathroom she then proceeded to instruct an employee to put soap in the bathroom. I ordered a coffee sat down for an hour and a half and when I was finished I went to use the bathroom to find that none had put soap in there even though I had request it. I did not get a response as to why there was no soap in the bathroom from Leann she just told the employee to put it in there and walked away. The worst customer service and again I cannot understand how an establishment cannot have soap there for people to wash their hands what do the employees wash their hands with?

This store is hit or miss. You can come in one day and service is great. Then the next its awful! I hope a new one pops near me soon so I don't have to play Russian roulette at this one. Started going back after a few months and the service is still really bad. I'm taking a star away and reminding myself not to come back. More new employees that don't even know what they have on the menu.

Great atmosphere wonderful staff ..great food..but tend to run out of steak at certain times of the day.

Just like many other negative reviews my coffee order is incorrect about 50% of the time even though the order screen is accurate. Someone there such as a manager should fix the issue...but when I called to complain...guess what? NO MANAGER THERE TO HELP!!!! The store owner should be concerned about losing customers....Sam offered to correct the issue with a replacement coffee for the last 3 visits messed up. Thank You

They were very nice to have a box of coffee ready before I got there at 5:30 am. Very nice people. Great coffee!

I rarely post negative reviews unless absolutely necessary. This location is horrible! Everytime I come here they somehow manage to screw up my order. The workers I dealt with had attitudes... As if I was bothering them to do their job. This used to be my favorite location but I'm not sure what happened. I will not be returning here. If you want a better option, go to the Tim's on Delaware road and Sheridan.

It's a lot slower in the store than the drive thru. 8 people working one drive window and one person working the walk-in register. I buy the big tin and brew at home. Saves me $500 annually.

Most employees are very nice.. I only go here since its 2 blocks from my house but I honestly cannot remember the last time they got my order correct. I mean like over a year. Order a sandwich and coffee, its the wrong coffee or the wrong bagel or its missing the egg. Its a game now when im desperate and have to go here for coffee or a snack, to guess what part will be wrong. Starbucks just opened up next store and I have always been anti Starbucks but may need to make the move and pay extra to actually get what I order.

Line can be long sometimes, but typically moves fast. Visit on average once a week, and only twice in the past year has my order been inaccurate. They are quick to fix it though.

No comment on inside as I only go through drive-through.

Drive thru is the fastest way to go. Dining area small. Great coffee, large selection of drinks. Great food options.
