Very dirty and small. Service was good and food was the same quality as all the other Times Hortons

Worker charged me for a combo instead of a sandwich by itself. Brought it up to manager who was rude and honestly I barely understood her argument due to the heavy accent. When I left it alone, the Manager came up to me while I was having a very important meeting still trying to prove her case and didnt even say excuse me when she interrupted.

Unlike the better Tim's outlets which have couches and coffee tables. This one is more like fast food joints. Service impeccable though. Surrounded with other great lunch/dinner restaurants.

This location is very small so it gets overcrowded very fast. I feel like it's always crowded but when you get in at the right time you can actually get a table. There are donuts are always fresh and I never have to wait in a line very long. The staff is always very nice in the bathrooms are always clean

Great clean location. Open 24/7, which is great because I'm driving throughout the night. Food is always fresh and service is great!

Service is quick but my order was messed up once. That's why I gave them 3 stars. Attention to detail is important. I got to work and had the wrong muffin.

For the most part I have experienced great customer service. I have had one or two times that an order was wrong out of all the times I been to this location. Thank you for the great service.

Usually love this location. But I am giving a 1star only because the rude cashier. IWent through The drive-through I have cash year number 100 my order number was 192 on June 6 at 1049 am. didn't even get the order correct She had an attitude the entire time So I know for now on I will be going in and never threw their drive-through again

I've been here many times to wait for a friend or to meet a friend for lunch. It is usually crowded here during peak hours. Many Buffalo Police come here to eat during lunch. They have very quick service here and a friendly staff.

They have been decent for me. I go in and depending on the time they are either flustered or organized but they get your order quickly. So far my order has only been wrong once out of the 15 times I come here. If you're going to go through the drive thru expect there to be a line of cars in the morning.

The staff is terrible. Constantly ignores customers. There is a very strong sense of diffused responsibility

This is the best Tim's in the city. Morning manager is great. I eat at tims everyday all over the city and this is the best hands down.

Fast Service, Nice product options. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Some products are expensive but their options are well rounded
