They don't serve white hot chocolate anymore and aren't consistent with prices which is odd lol but an excellent staff for sure. Always smiles and super quick service

I go through the drive thru here everyday before school and David always works the drive thru at the time I'm going through. He is so nice! He makes my day each morning. This locations coffee (unlike a lot of Tim hortons I go to,) is always consistent and I love it! This is by far my favorite Tim hortons in WNY!

This location rots, they leave garbage on tables, don't wash the tables. And I have seen employees touch their hair, not washing their hands, and then serving customers.

This tim hortons messed up my medium french vanilla ice cappachino it was frothy on top mixed with dark brown sludge on the bottom and not mixed in very well it tasted old and gross i love this drink but today it was made just awful i hope my next drink at tim hortons for $3.25 plus tax is better tasting

Overnight employee smoking cigarettes with gloves on. Very unsanitary.

It's very cool it's three in one it's a gas station,a store,and a Tim Hortons. Very smart....

Great service if you visit anytime past 10 am, from 6am to 10 they are way too busy and sometimes mix up orders.
