This location is always booming, mornings - there is always a line wrapped around the building and most of the time cars in the median have to wait to pull in to not block traffic. Morning crew is always quick and you never wait too long in line, but if your in a rush I don't recommend coming here.
Late night crew is always grumpy, it's a rare occasion you find one in good spirits. Don't expect to get anything off the food menu though, there's always an excuse on why they can't make some kind of sandwich.

Went to the one in Niagara Falls . It was a mess the cashier could use a pep talk and did I say it was slow and a mess. Took pics will post on Facebook.

It would be nice if when the Iced Capp machine is down that the employees were made aware. I was inconvenienced, talked down to and I'm still waiting for a refund to show back up on my card. Which I was told(during the talking down to) would show up imediately. Just drive to the next location if you really have to have your Tim's. I have problems here all the time.

Flies and gnats in donut case. Donut case very dirty and nasty. Got a soda and left. Should have just left. -5 stars. Should be closed down!

I think the manager needs to pay more attention to the workers. 3 out of 5 visits are screwed up here.....

If I could rate it a negative 5, I would....the person who took my order was rude, told me 3x in a row that I had to swipe my card again to the point where I had to tell her "ok I can hear you" and then 5 different orders behind me got taken before one girl, Gina, asked me what I was waiting for and then she fixed my whole order right there. (Just a small ice cap and 2 doughnuts) So at least she has it together.

I ordered a medium tropical fruit chiller and she started making a mixed berry and then I stopped her. Then she started making the tropical she did the orange juice mix, water ice and handed it to me. When I told her that's not how it's made she has somebody then somebody else and and when she told her the correct way she still ask somebody else.

A great location. Can be a long drive thru line that goes into the busy road. Service is quick though and friendly. Coffee is always fresh as well as the food. Great to sit inside. Atmosphere is cozy. TVs are always on news stations and are clear. Newspapers available to read.

Just wanted almost 15 minutes for 6 Donuts and 2 large coffees.
I counted at least 9 people behind counter. One woman had a large order done and waited on 2 more people before the girl who took my order had my stuff up.
It should NEVER take that long.
If the girl was new I'm not sure but if she was she definitely needs more training.
I have waited other times here but not like today.
Highly dissatisfied.

They dont take orders correctly so of course not making things correctly. Ive went to this location about 6 times and NEVER was my order correct.

This used to be my favorite one to go to, however, after my last experience, i will be going to Duncan Donuts from now on. The employee was extremely rude, and it wasn't like it was busy, it was actually quite slow. The cashier acted like it was a bother that i dared ask her for coffee. Didn't get a straw for my wifes ice coffee, asked for napkins and she walked away completely ignoring the request. I've let many things slide in the past with this place, but this was the final straw. If you want coffee, go Duncan, or better yet make your own.

Poor service from the young man that was preparing my sisters bagel. He put some rotten lettuce on it and she asked for him to remove it and put fresh pieces. He then turned to her and said "This is not a gourmet restaurant".... Little does he know she's a health inspector.....
