This Timmy Ho's has the worst staff ever. They have never in my ordering history gotten an order fully correct. It's sad. (This is one of my rare complaints and I went out of my way to publicize it...............it's THAT bad.)

Id give them a 0 if I could!!!! If you want what you actually order i recommend going to a different Tim Horton's! I rarely go to this location, only as a last resort. The reason why I rarely go there is because they NEVER get my order right! And I really mean NEVER!! Just today I go and order a DD with shot of chocolate and a pumpkin spice donut. As soon as I look in the bag it was a honey cruller! I let them know they gave me additute and took the honey cruller and gave me my pumpkin spice. Well I get to work and take a sip of my coffee ....there is mint in it and NO sugar!!! So my boyfriend is nice enough to make a trip and go there and get me another coffee. Well he get here and they over loaded it with sugar. I threw it out. Im done with that place. I've wasted so much money there. NO MORE!!

Went through this time Hortons this evening for a small sweet tea got to the window they handed me a large black coffee with ice. Gave it back told them it wasn't what I order then proceeded to tell me they were all out of tea that would have been nice to know before I put in my ordee

There are never enough people working here. They are slow and have no organization to the line. I am always on line for at least 15 mins. I love Tim Hortons but I do NOT like this particular location. From now on when I'm in Lockport I will go to 7-11.

Waited 12 minutes in the drive thru for a single coffee and a sandwich, the coffee was crap and the sandwich was made wrong. I will never return to this location.

Every time I order food from here .. It's very sloppy made like they dropped it on the floor . The price you pay for the food the least you can do is make it with love .. Very slow service, young kids don't give a crap, very rude ... I won't be supporting this Tim Horton's any time soon

Always closed on my way to work how can a coffee shop be closed at 4 am!! when they are open bad service
