Just waited 10 mins in the drive thru for a large coffee and a Bagel toasted with butter. Are you kidding you didn't know what I ordered when I pulled up to the window to pay?!?!?!!? This is the 2nd time in a row this week I've waited so long for a simple order. Did you let the good leave? And hired some new slow employees? I've never had this issue the past 7 years at this location

This location runs out of items quickly. I never have problems at other locations, but this one never has what you want after 2pm, Sometimes even earlier. Its ridiculous.

Fruit fly infestation, I told the employee serving me regarding that. I told her there were fruitflies on the cinnabuns and all she said was, 'I know.' My coffee had debree from unwashed pot or 'not-properly-washed pot' and that upset my stomach. I left a review, all I got was ignorance. Thanks Tim Hortons.

Ordered two bagles, with veg cream cheese, wound up getting the thinnest layer of crumb and chicken filled vegetable cream cheese I've ever had. Obviously they were too lazy to tell me they ran out or get a new batch out and gave me the disgusting scrapings on their what I can only assume is a filthy spatula which would explain how some one else's who knows how old left over chicken and crumbs got into my bagel. I've worked in restaurants for about 10 years now including fast food this is absolutely ridiculous. How sad they can't even make a edible bagel.

It can be a little pricey for sandwiches, but I love getting coupons in the mail. The donuts and coffee are amazing too!
