I went there on 6:50 sunday evening and the woman said she had already closed everything except some coffee and donuts!! Over an hour early ridiculous customer service!!

Ordered a Tuscan chicken panini... it actually had chipotle sauce on it and too many onions. This was the first time at a Tim Norton's that were served old coffee. Not good.

Good food. Sometimes it takes a minute to get your order but they are usually very nice. My coffee had too much sugar and they fixed it right away.
I've always preferred Timmies fresh food over DD's pre packaged, frozen food.
This is the last Tim Hortons in CNY, hope they stick around.

I had high hopes for Tim Hortons, but unfortunately, they fell short. The espresso lacked depth and flavor, and the service was slow. It's a shame because the cafe had such a promising ambiance. I hope they can improve their coffee quality and efficiency in the future.
