Really like the turkey bacon BLT, not a fan of the iced coffee. Dunkin wins in that department. Their hot coffee is good though.

Went in yesterday to get doughnuts for my son and there was an abundance of flies around and on the doughnuts. I immediately left and I will never go there again. I really like Tim Hortons and this place is making a bad name for them. I hope the management sees this and does something about it

Quick service and a friendly staff. Much friendlier than McDonald's or Dunkin donuts.

Like their bagels, if you ask for butter on it, uget butter, not a Margarine spread like u get at Dunkin. I don't go to Dunkin any more, and Horton bagels are better

By far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I come out here from buffalo N.Y. to visit and love my Tim Hortons. I get 4 coffees in the A.M. and 2 coffees and a hot tea in the evening. They can never get your order right. I ask for cream and sugar in my coffees and everytime I've been here there is no sugar at all in any of them. I don't recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone. Slow... inconsistent... always gets your order wrong... corporate should come down on this store.

Ordered food. The cashed me out. Came back told me they didn't have four cheese bagel. Asked me if I wanted anything else instead I said ok plain bagel. Issued me the difference refund. Then came back and said they don't have plain. It takes 5 second's to check on something. Lazy people. I walked out. Didn't care about refund . I just won't go there anymore.

Very fast and friendly. Staff will help you if something is not right about your order. I will for a company that services them and even when not a customer, staff are friendly and willing to help with anything. Best Tim Horton's around Rochester.

Always 5 stars for Tim Hortons. Love their coffee and Turkey Bacon Club
