I love Tim Hortons. Get it every time I'm traveling though the area. Great staff, coffee and food.

There's a Tim Hortons near my high school so it's been my go to place for dinner on long days. All the food here is great, along with their bakery items like donuts, coffee, and muffins. They're open at great hours so I'm able to stop there before school if need be. Everything is greatly priced and affordable.100% would recommend to anyone.

They seem to be moving away from sugar free flavors which was one thing I really appreciated.

Great staff and friendly service. The only choice in town. The other store over in Wendy's is disgusting

The staff. Was friendly the coffee. Was refreshing. A good place to visit with an old friend

Food n service. Is good very populated area.Would have been better if the black fuzzy haired male worker w/facial hair had to washed his hands after using the urinal.

I would give a zero if i could. Not only once today but twice for drinks messed up when u tried to hand it back cause it cleary said TT and i ordered two sugar three cream i was told it was not a TT and was handed it back took a sip and it was a TT go figure. Then got a ice coffee and got no cream said something and was told it was that dark due to the chocolate wemm not my first mocha ice coffee got all the way home and no cream in it go figure. I gave a second chance but four drinks in one day no thank you. Two drinks each time i will never go back and when someone hands you there drink u fix it even if u think its right to make the customer happy not tell them they are wrong when really i was right.. Now i wasted money on drinks i couldn't drink thank you so much!

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a double bacon cheddar melt. The person at the drive thru asked if i wanted it toasted. I said yes. When going out of the drive thru once we got our food. My bagel was burnt and so was the bacon. I took in the sandwich and the manager stated that the bacon was coming out of the machine burnt and they grill their bagels ..... my boyfriend got a bagel too and it was toasted and not grilled. She wouldnt refund the money and said she would remake it herself but it would still have the bacon burnt and the bagel grilled.

Wow was my husband disappointed with this drive thru stop. We were in a rush to get to an appointment and stopped for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The sausage was small and the sandwich luke warm. That is how they got this long line of cars through in record time. We won't be back.

Since moving to Canandaigua in 2008, my family and I have visited this location countlesss times. No matter what time of day we go, we hereceive fast and friendly service. There is an area outside the main door that would be great for a couple of small bistro tables and chairs when the weather is nice but other than that, we hope everything about this Tim Horton's will remain the same. With three kids involved in hockey or figure skating and a very busy schedule, we often find ourselves in the drive-thru. Even when the line is wrapped halfway around the building, we know that it will move quickly and the staff will be friendly when we arrive at the window. This location obviously has excellent management personnel in place and we hope that continues.
